Ivan the Great suggested a promissory note since I needed to move some money. My only disappointment is the detailing, the back door and left doors still had dirt on them, and the motor was dirty, Chance said he would schedule a time for me. The other disappointment: when I drove it out of the lot as I crossed White Sands the alert for low gas triggered. I know times have changed but all vehicle's I have purchased or company cars I picked up had full or close to full. Lastly, this is addressed to Janet North. I hope that my title is in my present name, Janet F. Ferrara.

★★★★★The cars are amazing, the initial sales staff treated me like a King! There were some issues with the tinting and most recently with a refund, but it was taken care of. Just suggestion, keep in contact with your customers, aftercare is important too. If a deadline cannot be met, keep your customer in the loop. If you're to busy or forget to do something, a small compensation goes a long way! Example: $5 gift card for coffee, a key chain, casa nissan t shirt. If the mess up is a biggie, a pizza, car wash, or one of those black casa nissan polos size double X 😉 would be great! Just saying. 🤷♂️ Other than that, I will recommend and buy my next car at this Casa Nissan location. Thank you Guys 😊 Thank you
