Employee. had a smile, asked me if they could do anything for me, helped me find the cashier (no small feat) and warned me of a huge backup due to an accident and closure on I-10. Very respectful and considerate, had to get my truck recalls done for the air bag both new and old recalls (mine and previous owners fault for not getting the first one done) told me it might take a couple days because they would possibly have to order parts. But once they opened up my truck to check and get to work saw and tested that everything was working how it should, documented everything and showed me and it was all said a done that day.
