This is my first review. My experience at Casa Ford was excellent. The Service Advisor kept me informed the whole time, put in the claim for third party insurance and took care of all paperwork. The best part of this experience is their valet service. I am legally blind, so I have to depend on and work around other people’s schedules when I need to service my vehicle. With Casa Ford valet service they picked up and delivered the vehicle back to my home. I am so appreciative for this service they provide. It took away a stressful step for me in an already stressful situation (not knowing how much it will cost to fix my vehicle). Thank you Casa Ford. My advisor was Javier Mendoza. He did an amazing job. Thank you Javier.
