Well my husband was traveling for business his calipers seized pushing out the brake line while traveling through the Guadalupe mountains. Fortunately he was flying out of El Paso and was able to stop the vehicle there. Our insurance would not tow the vehicle from the airport parking to the dealership. Fortunately we were working with Arturo and he was able to accommodate towing and get our vehicle from the airport to the dealership. It took a little while for repairs but Arturo answered all my questions. The only thing I didn't like was that their repair tracking system (a link you're given via text) didn't seem to update daily or at each 'station' your vehicle goes through, which meant I felt like I was bothering Arturo with extra texts and phone calls. I would use Casa Ford again if needed while in the area.
