All Casa Ford crew are very friendly and will give you a great service. If you're not satisfied, they will listen to your complains. Good experience overall. Communication was consistent and informative. Once discrepancies were settled with the warranty company, the work on my vehicle was done promptly. Only improves to note was my vehicle didn't get diagnosed until after a week of it being there. I there was no availability to diagnosed my vehicle until a week later I would have preferred being told that and scheduled to bring my vehicle in when they were able to get to it in an appropriate amount of time.
