The experience that I had at Casa Buick of ElPaso today made me proud to be a customer! I received three calls while my vehicle was in for service. They were all Awesome customer care calls. First call was to let me know that I did not need to spend extra money because my brakes were actually in good condition. Which I didn’t know. The next call was to let me know that my oil change was covered by my member points. Final call was to let me know that my vehicle was available for pick up after they had ran a full diagnostic check with (Green) ratings across the board. Woke up planning to spend Appx $600 on brakes and oil change and ended up with GREAT customer service, good vehicle and no money spent. Why would I not buy my next vehicle from this dealership! AWESOME!!!
